Acquisition[edit]
The Help Kiboz Rapideater herd cattle to Butcher's Block event starting from Bovarin Estate must first be completed, then players need to wait for Vaastas to finish his dialogues and animation (i.e. walking over to the cows and butchering them) to complete this step.
If the event has already recently been completed, and Vaastas is walking around Butcher's Block but uninteractable, wait a minute or two for him to settle, then talk to him.
