This article is about the nodes that appear in Domain of Istan. For the home instance node, see Brandstone (node).

Brandstone Chunk nodes can be revealed by players at Brandstone Impact Sites through use of the Brandstone Multitool, in Domain of Istan. They can be mined with the Brandstone Multitool skill Extraction Beam or an Orichalcum Mining Pick (using a pick produces fewer ore). Four or five nodes appear with each fallen meteor.

• Kralkatite Ore (1-4)
• Powdered Rose Quartz (1-3)
  • Rose Quartz (sometimes replaces Powdered Rose Quartz if the Brandstone Multitool skill Extraction Beam is used)

Notes

• The gathering results differ depending on both the level of the Brandstone Impact Site as well as whether it is mined using a Brandstone Multitool or a pickaxe. In general:
  • The amount of Dragonite Ore mined increases as the level increases, but drops to zero at level 5.
  • The amount of Kralkatite Ore mined increases as the level increases.
  • The amount of Powdered Rose Quartz mined increases slightly for each level, with a large increase at level 5. A pickaxe typically gives more than the multitool since pickaxes cannot obtain Rose Quartz.
  • The amount of Rose Quartz mined increases slightly for each level, but can only be obtained with the multitool.
