The Black Lion Representative allows players to preview the Total Makeover Kit features. She is found at the Thousand Seas Pavilion.

- Interacting with the aesthetician opens a makeover kit preview window.
Notes[edit]
- If the player has no Total Makeover Kit in their inventory, the option 'Buy Kit' is displayed at the right bottom corner. Similarly, if the player has one in their inventory, the option 'Make Changes' replaces the former.
