Bezia is a scientist found in the Applied Development Lab, occasionally greeting the player when entering the instance.

Location[edit]

She will appear after completing the personal story quest Here, There, Everywhere.
Bezia does not appear in any story instance for the Synergetics quests, nor in the open world.
