Bahir is an Elonian human who can be found at the western end of the Auburn Hills area in the Desert Highlands. He wants to travel to the Highjump Ranch west, but his raptor can't make the jump over to the Highjump Gap. According to him, mastering one's raptor is necessary to make that jump, which hints to the player that the Canyon Jumping mastery has to be unlocked to access that area.
