Alchemy Supplies is an object hidden in the treasure room of the Tears of Itlaocol mini-dungeon guarded by a village of Dengatl hylek. It is a collection of stolen Hylek Alchemy supplies, where the secret recipe for hylek poison coating can be found, required for the HOPE I: Research Legendary Weapons collection.
