Barcas is a charr whose warband was nearly destroyed after it was attacked by the Molten Alliance. He can be found at the Black Citadel Refugee Camp, looking for his logbook. Upon receiving the logbook, he will move to North Nolan Hatchery.

My warband is scattered. Some are dead, and some are wounded and getting treatment in the Citadel. Our legionnaire was killed by Flame Legion and dredge. I wasn't sure who had the logbook, but now that it's come to me...

What will you do?

I'll be legionnaire. The legionnaire carries the book. It's a sign. I have to pull my warband back together. It's my duty. I'll plan out our next move in this very book and honor those who died.

Where have you been?

My warband was stationed at a ranch in Diessa Plateau. We were outmatched when the Flame Legion attacked. My legionnaire was killed, and our warband mission logbook was lost. Maybe it was burned. I wish I had it.
