The Order of Whispers Emissary was a norn member of the Order of Whispers that appeared in the Hall of Monuments in the Eye of the North, in a weekly rotation with a Vigil Emissary and a Durmand Priory Emissary. The Whispers Emissary Chest could be found next to the Emissary.

Hello Commander. The Order of Whispers is interested in any prophet crystals or shards you recover from Strike Missions, especially the red ones.

It's a Priory artifact that reacts to Red Prophet Crystals and contains echoes of treasure from Strike Missions. Use one to three green crystals to open it. I recommend three. More is better
Talk more option tango.png Where can I get Red Prophet Crystals?
You can get one per day from Priory Strikes. If you're in a hurry, you can get some shards from Strike Missions to trade up. or exchange other colors with the asura over there.

The Durmand Priory is looking for green crystals and the Vigil wants blue crystals. The Emissary of the Priory should be here next week.

The Priory belives they are formed as a side effect of Aurene's travels. Or in this case, her Champion's. They're still reaserching, but we're happy to pay you for finding them.
