The Monument Grounds is part of the Northern Wall that crosses the Dragonbrand. Portions of the Wall affected by the Dragonbrand are floating.

- Underneath the vista is an opening leading up stairs. Go up there and turn right. Jump on that ledge and walk towards the vista. Jump down to the platform with the view.
