• Go to Oxbow Isle Waypoint with two Slabs of Poultry Meat in your inventory. Both of Elena's Kitties are located in a tent just northwest of the waypoint behind Warmaster Elena. Give a Slab of Poultry Meat to each of the cats once to obtain the item.
