Anomaly Harvesting tools:

Not all unlimited harvesting tools are created equal! Some have animations that drastically change how they work, making them preferable over others (ex: Consortium Harvesting Sickle is 0.7 seconds faster to channel than the basic harvesting tool). Conversely, other harvesting tool animations are significantly worse (ex: Glitter Bomb taking 3x as long as a basic tool AND sometimes making your character unresponsive for a half second after harvesting)

This list was made based on the information available on the Gathering tool wiki page, and with the information from this ARCdps reddit post. Lucky Dog Harvesting Tool -- Harvests underwater at 50% of standard harvest time

Consortium Harvesting Sickle -- 700 ms faster at harvesting than basic tool

Fused Molten Sickle -- 700 ms faster at harvesting than basic tool

Volatile Magic Logging Tool -- Gathers 4 times vs standard 3 on rich nodes

Unbound Magic Mining Beam -- Gathers 4 times vs standard 3 on rich nodes (land only)

Unbound Magic Logging Pulse -- Gathers 4 times vs standard 3 on rich nodes

Thresher-Sickle 5000 -- Can break channeling 60% through to harvest as fast as Consortium Harvesting Sickle

• The unbound logging pulse frontloads its first harvest and can be used to speed chop by way of animation cancelling (chop, step forward, chop) When the timing is done properly it can chop trees nearly twice as fast.
