Walkthrough

• Interact with the Vault Chest Key by  Jade Brotherhood Hideout — to gain an Old Vault Key.
• Complete Pacify restless spirits to unlock the vault door (80).
• Open the underwater Vault Door at  Ancient Vault — .

Notes

• Inside the vault is the Old Kaineng Vault Chest, that can be opened once per day per account using the Old Vault Key. Opening it for the first time rewards the mastery point and completes the achievement. There is another repeatable achievement for opening the chest each day, though the achievement points cap at 2 total.
• The vault doors can be opened by a player inside by pulling the Vault Door Switch.
• The door cannot be immediately opened upon pacifying the two spirits; you need to wait briefly for the pacified spirits to reach the doors. Each door has a hole in which a spirit will wait until the doors are opened.
• Teleport to Friend can also be used to enter the vault.
• You can park an alt inside the vault to open the chest every day, using a Prototype Position Rewinder:
  • Pull the Vault Door Switch.
  • Activate   Mark Location.
  • Swim out and get the Old Vault Key from the camp.
  • Use   Rewind to teleport back into the vault without needing to complete the event again.
