Template talk:Weapons nav
Will this be useful when GW2 comes out?[edit]
Specifically at the environmental weapons bit. The rest could be for the generic weapons, but listing every weapon will not work, even if it was just every weapon of a single kind in its own template from this one. I think there will be a large amount of weapons, much like in GW1, so... Perhaps it would be best to edit out the environmental weapons list, but figure out a way to reasonably keep the environmental weapon link. -- Konig/talk 17:26, 30 April 2010 (UTC)
- Yea.. Listed every weapon wont really work. But, this nav is still usefull at the time. Things can always be deleted and/or replaced when neccisary. :) --aut (t) 17:29, 30 April 2010 (UTC)
- I agree that in the future it'll need cutting, but it's still useful (in a way) now. -- pling 17:30, 30 April 2010 (UTC)
- I also think the list of environmental weapons will get way too unwieldy, but how to put there the link? Maybe a More section with Environmental weapons link, and on that page there might be a list of those. Perhaps something more will fit in that section once, though I can't think of anything possible... · LOQUAY · 17:35, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

Ranged and Melee?[edit]
We should add something like this when we know what weapon that is ranged or not, cause it annoyed me that pistol and shortbow, rifle and longbow were'nt next to eachothers. Do we know which ones are ranged or melee yet? --AdventurerPotatoe - 16:55, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
- Here's the problem, we know that axes are going to be throwing axes for the ranger, but their going to be melee weapons for the warrior. There might be other variable weapons for other professions as well. Maybe we can set up a thing to where we know which ones have possible ranged uses? Themastermoo 17:07, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
- I forgot that, thanks! --AdventurerPotatoe - 17:31, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
Main-hand only: Scepter[edit]
To avoid confusion that one-handed scepter can be used in the off-hand --— Cronos 01:59, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
- Makes sense, so I added it --Gimmethegepgun (talk) 02:44, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
