Minor Rune of Balthazar

Pretty, and easy to adapt to, but any notes on the page would be below the nav.. Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 08:10, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
better now? -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 08:44, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
That's a nav, it goes on the bottom.--Relyk ~ talk < 08:57, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
So you don't think it should be attached to the infobox at all? (in which case we just run a bot to add something like {{Rune and sigil nav}} to the very bottom of all the pages. -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 08:59, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
{{rune nav}}/{{sigil nav}}--Relyk ~ talk < 09:26, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
why split them? -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 09:31, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
{{upgrade component nav}} would get into gems and crap--Relyk ~ talk < 23:11, 27 May 2013 (UTC)

Non-Existing Sigils and Runes[edit]

Since I'm still limited at best at wiki code knowledge, is there a way to prevent the sigils and runes that doesn't exist from blowing up Special:WantedPages? This is mostly the culprit of the addition of PvP sigils and runes, but there are some non-PvP stuff that also is running around too(there's no Minor Sigil of Energy‏‎ for example) so I'd rather cover everything if possible. - Doodleplex 20:49, 12 September 2017 (UTC)

On the one hand, it's nice that they're being identified over in Special:WantedPages. On the other hand, it'd be nice if we could mark some as never going to happen (no need for a PvP Demon Slaying sigil). SarielV 20 x 20px 22:18, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
I don't PvP, so I used the PvP Build page as a reference, and providing that page is accurate, currently the list is over 100 PvP related sigils and runes showing up there, with it being pretty much half of sigils, half runes. From there, at least for the sigils, only two of are listed on the Wanted Page that actually show up as PvP sigils on the Build Page. I'm not poking the runes because there a lot more runes than sigils on the PvP Build page, so there might be a lot missing, I don't know. - Doodleplex 23:02, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
I've been thinking about this for a bit. Perhaps it might be better to remove the pvp stuff entirely from the nav, because if they're anything like skills being split between pvp and pve, it's probably better to just have {{game mode version|name=<rune name> (PvP)}} at the top. No broken links, more direct. - Doodleplex 03:19, 10 October 2017 (UTC)
What about rewriting this template similar to {{Rune table}} (#ask + format template)? That template does not create entries on the WantedPages. —Nefastu 17:59, 10 October 2017 (UTC)
The trick is if you're gonna basically link to the same page twice if the game mode version template is at the top as well and, I think if people are looking for the pvp variant of a sigil or rune, the banner at top would be more effective to your average user/pvp player looking for info on it. In the end though, as long as something's fixed so the wanted pages isn't filled with these things, I'll be content. - Doodleplex 18:21, 10 October 2017 (UTC)
