Channeled skill?[edit]

Does anybody know whether this is a channeled skill or not? It sounds and looks like one | Corvus 21:14, 23 May 2011 (UTC)

I agree but don't know. --ஸ Kyoshi User Kyoshi sig2.png 21:33, 23 May 2011 (UTC)

Updated Skill Description[edit]

  • Changed skill text to reflex in-game description. Linked directly to Push, vs knockback > Push. Reordered the effects to match in-game.

  • Based on my experience with gw1 wiki's, skill descriptions have always been the verbatim, in-game descriptions.
  • The description of any effects are separate in gw2 skills. I believe they should ALSO be verbatim as per the in-game descriptions.
  • Is there a way to modify {Skill fact|push|100}
 Knockback.png Knockback: 100

to have the Push icon/linking, but display the ACTUAL in-game description of "Knockback distance: 100"? I know how to do [LINK|displayed link name], but that's it.   Frostty1 13:10, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

{{Skill fact}} takes an alt= parameter that overrides the default effect name. You'd want {{Skill fact|push|alt=Knockback distance|100}}

Thanks "Doc" :-)
I figured there had to be an easy way... but I know next to nothing about HTML or coding or w/e it's called. I wouldn't have even know what to try to Google. LoLz... It's not like trying to Google "html font colour"!!!   Frostty1 14:51, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

Sequence Skill[edit]

This skill has a follow up skill which allows you to "detonate" the shield which will heal your allies. I didn't manage to get any screenshots or anything, unfortunately. :| ~ ♥ Kailani! ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 01:33, 16 August 2012 (UTC)

I noticed that too but I couldn't find a way to activate that skill. Also there wasn't any healing information (I.E. heals for XX) in the skill description which leads me to believe that the "skill description" was simply a place holder for when they add the skill proper. 01:52, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
I managed to activate it, and there was a kind of misty explosion. I was a full health so I couldn't see any healing numbers. :S ~ ♥ Kailani! ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 13:15, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
Do you remember what the icon looked like at all? Did it reuse an existing guardian skill icon? I screencapped all skill descriptions, but now that sequence skills appear stacked with their primary skill, I didn't bother activating anything. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 14:16, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
Yes, it was different - there was a yellow-ness to it. Sorry I can't be more help. ~ ♥ Kailani! ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 23:14, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
Ah! I found this. It should the description and the icon as it appeared in the most recent stress test. :) ~ ♥ Kailani! ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ 23:16, 16 August 2012 (UTC)

Detonate not working?[edit]

My friend and I cannot get the detonate to work for the ability. We've tried everything from just activating it out of battle, to activating it and blocking a projectile, to activating it with and without full health, and all it does is channel for a few seconds and then end. We can't get the heal effect to work. 05:28, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

The skill is currently broken in PVE. SPvP it works fine. They really need to fix this. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk).

AOE based on character size?[edit]

From what I have noticed, the aoe of this skill is huge when on a big character (like a Norn) and minimal when on a small Asuran? This can't be for real? -- User Staples sig icon.png Staples - talk 19:25, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

k, with a little testing, the actual AOE is the same, however the graphics for the small person make it look like the aoe is much smaller. -- User Staples sig icon.png Staples - talk 19:38, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

What is the radius of this skill? The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talkcontribs) at 15:03, 5 December 2012 (UTC).

World vs. World[edit]

Could other people confirm that this doesn't work against any projectile siege in WvW? then we can include this on the page itself. Hultah Hassmore 15:09, 27 February 2013 (UTC)
