Buff?[edit]
This is basically crossfire + dodge. This can use a buff. --173.66.189.185 01:26, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
- It's traditional for Quick Shot to be useless, didn't you know? :P Arshay Duskbrow 08:01, 6 September 2011 (UTC)
Retreat?[edit]
Anybody knows what is meant by "Can be used while retreating"? I thought, all shortbowskills can be used while moving? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 217.248.108.228 (talk).
- Retreating is a special type of movement action, much like dodging is. Like with dodging, you can't activate skills during the action's time, unless it is specified as a skill that *can* be used during such actions. - Infinite - talk 19:34, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- Too many little mechanics and... well, gimmicks, imo. Have you SEEN Template:Effects nav? A F K When Needed 19:37, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
- So what else grants the "Retreating" status? Obviously the skill cannot be used with itself, as it's on CD. So what could you chain this with? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.179.245.42 (talk).
- Retreat. It is a skill-induced rapid movement that also allows to evade attacks in most cases. I've yet to test whether this (and Disabling Shot) allow for faster/extended retreating, but at least in thief's case crippling a target at the right moment can be quite beneficial. Both of the skills also don't make you retreat very far and are unreliable even at that (they sometimes fail to retreat, even though evade still occurs). BTW, do sign your comments (with four tildes), thank you very much. Mediggo 06:19, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
- Forgot to mention: As they are combo finishers, it is rather good that they can be used at (almost) any moment, even when dodging. Mediggo 06:20, 11 October 2012 (UTC)
