Talk:Open Skies: Crystal Oasis

I think it would be useful for these pages to have the API code that greys them out if you apply your API key. However, I do not know how to add those. AND, I would like to learn.

I went to the Exuberant Dye Kit page, and found this code (without the spaces):

{{Dye kit table|pack=Bloodstone Dye Pack, Vibrant Dye Kit, Solar and Lunar Dye Kit, Primordus Dye Kit}}

{{Dye kit nav}}

I assume this would be how to make it happen, but knowing code, I suspect that there would need to be a table created for Open Skies and/or Open Skies: Crystal Oasis, similar to the "Dye kit table" referenced in the code.

How would one go about making this happen? (Please explain, as I want to learn, rather than just doing it for me. Or, point me to a page that explains how.)

You are not the first to mention this. The widget to do the API stuff is under construction still afaik. See Widget talk:Account achievements. The problem is, having all wiki stuff in the same order as API. DJemba (talk) 16:37, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
Collections have the right order. You can add {{collection table}} to the pages or {{Collection table row}} if more granular table control is needed. —Kvothe (talk) 17:31, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
Yup, template and widget development is all done. --Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 17:38, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
Thank you! I will try to do that as soon as I finish some stuff I'm doing in-game. Maybe 30-60 minutes? Daddicus (talk) 17:47, 6 November 2020 (UTC)\
Well, someone else did it, but thanks for the education! I know how to do it now. Daddicus (talk) 18:18, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
The question is if we really want two tables, namely Collection items and Walkthrough? We could merge them and extend the template {{collection table row}} (see the talk page, last year there have been plans to add them) with the additional parameters "map" (screenshot of the map) and "location" (screenshot of the location). --Tolkyria (talk) 20:58, 6 November 2020 (UTC)
That would be ideal. —Kvothe (talk) 01:17, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
Added the parameters "map" and "location" to {{Collection table row}}, let's see how it turns out. --Tolkyria (talk) 21:04, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
