Talk:Illusion
Large amounts of illusions[edit]
It sort of seems like the mesmer lacks a large amount of illusions, based off of the fact that it is their main profession mechanism... am I wrong? Spotina ~Talk 19:36, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
- There are lots of reason to want illusions to die or to shatter them yourself. If you have 3 and are ready to summon a bunch more, make 'em explode. --JohnnyCat 13:36, 21 September 2012 (UTC)
Damage determination[edit]
New to wiki... but what determines an illusions damage and crit etc? Players stats or something else? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.193.99.165 (talk).
"Killed" triggers[edit]
What counts as being killed? For instance, Crippling Dissipation says, "Clones cripple nearby foes when they are killed."
- Presumably this goes off when it is destroyed by enemy damage.
- Does this trigger when you shatter your clones?
- Does this trigger if you summon a new illusion and your oldest illusion is a clone that ceases to exist then?
This would also affect Confusing Combatants and Debilitating Dissipation.

- The trait triggers when the illusion is killed by a foe, when the illusion loses its target and when the illusion is replaced by a newer one. Shattering does not trigger the effect. -- Olive 08:19, 10 September 2012 (UTC)
What Happens When You Go Down?[edit]
Do they stay up on down? And if they do, can they rally you on kill?192.168.104.79 02:02, 28 September 2012 (UTC)
- They keep fighting and you could rally from them killing. --JohnnyCat 21:06, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
Toughness[edit]
Is toughness inherited or not? It isn't mentioned. --Ph03n1x (talk) 00:18, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
Runes of The Berserker[edit]
Runes of the Berserker's condition damage multiplier does affect the condition damage caused by clones. Proof: https://u11223087.dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/11223087/GW2/gw081.jpg DrPeckers (talk) 23:52, 9 August 2017 (UTC)
