Sigils with "on weapon swap" - triggered by swapping legends?

I found a note on my guild's discord from 11th May noting that performing a legend swap on revenant no longer triggers the "on swap" sigils. Was this correct? -Chieftain Alex 21:46, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
