More patience, more use of the preview button, and all will be good. Also, please sign by typing four tildes (~~~~) --zeeZUser ZeeZ Sig.png (talk) 19:51, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
there's more than one error code with the same description, adding some i find along the way -- 19:55, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
What is the preview button? I wait 10 min between attempts, try with and without firewall, run as admin, everything I can think of. still not working. 21:28, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
Numbers at the start -
9: Means Account purchased but unable to login to a Beta event.
11: Password Error
42: Unable to complete
1038: Network Error
34: Transaction in progress
58: Unable to find login server
Then at end of error code they are all :101 indicating error code perhaps? So what do the different codes in between mean? Perhaps what you were trying to do at the time. In which case 5:13:210 is a character creation error after you press next at Step 10. Druakian 21:47, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
42:4:11:154:101 Unable to complete Operation. Was when I pressed skip after character creation for the movie. Druakian 21:55, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
"What is the preview button?"
The preview button refers to the "Show preview" button next to "Save page". When editting, you use this button to preview the outcome, before saving it. This will help you check for mistakes you've made in your wiki code or spelling. Because we are a wiki, talk pages are used to discuss revisions to the article, and not anything in-game directly. If you see a term you are unfamiliar with, it probably is something wiki-related. - Infinite - talk 22:00, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
I actually used the preview button a few times for the first post I made. The 2nd post was something different that happened 10 minutes later which seemed to tie in with what I mentioned earlier. Also I don't really get why you are doing the "preview" quote. Druakian 23:24, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
I was quoting it to point out the fact that I was replying to the ip above you. The indentation would make it appear as if the comment you left was also written by me, at first glance, so I +1'd it. Sorry for the confusion. :) - Infinite - talk 23:47, 27 April 2012 (UTC)

Is a Corrupted password error, clear and retype your password to fix. Rudhraighe 02:00, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Good catch, I thought the server had gone down early last weekend, but somehow my password had been corrupted. Wish the error was a little more clear.--Stfrn 02:56, 12 August 2012 (UTC)

Support page on error codes[edit]

I found this page to be useful for solving error 58, not sure of where to link it on the page. link --Stfrn 05:52, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

I fixed the above hyperlink. Burfo User Burfo avatar.jpg 06:14, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

A possible cause for the "Connection Failed. Please try again." error[edit]

I just got this error while trying to connect through a proxy. Maybe this proxy was blocked, hence the error. --Funky Jah (talk) User Funky Jah icon.jpg 11:30, 27 December 2012 (UTC)

It looks like the error code 3005:1015:2:910 means there are too many clients connected from the same IP address, which is often the case with proxies. --Funky Jah (talk) User Funky Jah icon.jpg 09:48, 28 December 2012 (UTC)

"Source" links[edit]

The source links need to be removed since they link to the wrong thing. 13:45, 5 January 2013 (UTC)

Forums were wiped at release, so the original threads referred to are completely gone anyway. Thanks for pointing this out. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 16:33, 5 January 2013 (UTC)

code 49:53:5:908:101[edit]

Received this at new island. sawtooth bay - southsun cove

code 3007:1002:3:3419:101[edit]

"Network error . Please check your internet connection and try again" Received this in Lion's Arch when trying to talk in guild chat AND in whisper to someone. I didn't get disconnected even once, and was watching Netflix without any disconnection on second monitor.

Feedback 2015/10/03[edit]

I am getting code=1022:5:1:874:101. It is telling me to check my internet connection. I am running other applications and web browsers fine.

Feedback 2016/08/07[edit]

Replace with feedback text. -- 15:05, 7 August 2016 (UTC)

I am also seeing the following error code with "Network error . Please check your Internet connection and try again." [not listed on this page as of 8/7] Code:1041:1054:2:907:101 I receive it any time I attempt to buy gems, even though my internet connection is fine. I would love to have a fix for this or recommendation on how to circumvent the issue.

New error code for you guys? Got this while sitting in DR, trying to load the TP. Wouldn't load, and eventually got this error code. Was talking to people during, so I don't think I lagged out.

Feedback 2020/03/23[edit]

Currently, all those with the error code 3023:1012:6:350 have had their accounts blocked by the CS Team due to a 'security sweep'. Solution: Contact the CS Team. --Inculpatus cedo (talk) 23:38, 23 March 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for adding the information; wasn't sure if you'd find it 'official' enough to add. Inculpatus cedo (talk) 23:53, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
If it's incorrect, support will fix it? :P -Chieftain AlexUser Chieftain Alex sig.png 20:15, 24 March 2020 (UTC)
