Should this be moved to make way for the engineer elite skill[1] with the same name? 22:22, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

Obviously, man... 13:53, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
Well, it won't let me, and seeing as I can't log in due to the password reminder service not working, someone else is going to have to do it. I already made a copy of this page here: 13:53, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

Isn't this rather an environmental weapon than a turret? Turrets shoot automatically while the mortar has to be manned. Corvus 21:29, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

Its a skill that summons a turret, the skill type is therefore turret - like the elementalist conjure skills are of type conjure. The thing which is summoned is indeed an env weapon, but that is not what this article is about, even if the article is a little confused about that Thering 22:54, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

Does this benefit from all of the Engineer traits that benefit turrets? -JohnnyCat 05:43, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

As of this writing and after Game updates/2012-10-01, in-game range of Mortar skills does indeed increase from 1400 to 1500 when you have Rifled Turret Barrels slotted. Range does not change when you have Elite Supplies slotted. -- 20:30, 7 October 2012 (UTC)

Does this weapon benefit from turret bonuses or bomb/mine bonuses? The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) at 06:39, 10 September 2012 (UTC).

Damage Walls and Doors[edit]

It would be nice if somebody can update the page info to inform players if it can damage walls and doors like other mortars can. The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) at 17:24, 18 March 2013 (UTC).

How is it displayed in actual game? No duration at all? – Valento msg 14:10, 6 October 2014 (UTC)

No duration displayed on the skill, 2 minutes and 25 seconds applied whenever taking control of the mortar, which is removed when leaving it.Tuomir (talk) 15:47, 6 October 2014 (UTC)

Feedback 2015/08/19[edit]

It says here that Steel-Packed Powder affects mortar skills yet the page for it states that it does not affect mortar skills, so one of these pages is wrong. -- 12:41, 19 August 2015 (UTC)

It seems the trait works on the mortar kit, so I'll remove the notice on the trait page. Tyndel (talk) 13:10, 19 August 2015 (UTC)

Is there a rifle with the same skin ? The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) at 13:58, 2 September 2015 (UTC).

It's a modified version of Darksteel Rifle (skin), so, not, not exactly. SarielV 20 x 20px 16:01, 21 March 2017 (UTC)
