Proposal to move this page to Boneskinner (creature) or simply Boneskinner, and move the current Boneskinner page to Boneskinner (boss) or Boneskinner (strike mission) or whatever. This page is clearly about the lore for the creature type called Boneskinner and should be the default page. Just because the Boneskinners we meet and fight happen to all be Champions does NOT mean that this page should be named Champion Boneskinner. Sacropedia (talk) 23:20, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- This article is about an npc named "Champion Boneskinner", don't move it.
- Simply move all the lore into the "Boneskinner" article.
- The only thing to discuss is whether to split the strike mission Boneskinner from the "Boneskinner" article. But I don't think we should. Separating into a lore article and an npc article is only done for much much larger groups of npc, like Bandit and Bandit (NPC). Warming Hearth (talk) 01:10, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
- I disagree with moving the lore to the Boneskinner article - add it there perhaps, but it should mainly stay on this one as the Champion Boneskinners are the most common (basic) boneskinners encountered by players: see Watchknight as an example, the page has the main lore, and other watchknight articles have only different lore related to them (for example, "Elite Watchknights are the hijacked version of older Watchknights,...") . The Boneskinner is about a strike boss, this one is about the most common Boneskinner npc (there are only 3 different bony npcs: the ones named Champs, strike boss, Undying). Also, Boneskinner is not a type of creature, they belong to the Aberrant race, so no reason to make a separate article for them. ~SimeTalk 01:21, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
- I've removed the move suggestions, since neither article can be moved as that is how the npc are named. Feel free to keep discussing where to put the lore. Warming Hearth (talk) 09:48, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
