I recall visiting him once by the Mad King Says area, which is the Grand Piazza area. I'll do some NPC hunting tomorrow, as there are a lot of those candy corn icons on the map. G R E E N E R 06:36, 29 October 2016 (UTC)

There are least four of them(and by proxy, four places where the other two halloween merchants are as well as they are always grouped together), one by the mystic forge, one by where mad king says occurs, one by the wedding area, and one by the fractal portal(I'm sleepy and going to bed so I'm not checking beyond that right now). And I've been hunting halloween bag drop data since that's a little bit harder to get than npcs. ;) - Do_odleplex 06:56, 29 October 2016 (UTC)

As stated in the article, he is only available during Halloween, which explains why you're not able to find him now. —Ventriloquist 10:41, 11 November 2018 (UTC)

The "temporary" header has been slightly adjusted to make it clearer that this vendor is only available during Halloween. Thanks BuffsEverywhere. —Kvothe (talk) 11:30, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
