I think it was a vendor? There have been a few iterations of the same "infusion value" that just kept being moved to a new item. I'm pretty sure it was just a vendor back in the 50 levels days. Then it got swapped out for a different kind?--Rain Spell (talk) 18:01, 12 April 2018 (UTC)

Old name, before Game_updates/2016-07-26, was Versatile Basic Infusion. Old infusion page states an achievement, completing fractal 20, see here Agony Resistance Study Supplies (old page). This is confirmed by a reddit post. --Tolkyria (talk) 19:56, 12 April 2018 (UTC)
