- Superior Rune of Perplexity: Changed the sixth bonus. This rune now applies 3 stacks of confusion for 6 seconds in a radius of 240 around the player upon using a healing skill.
- The internal cooldown remains at 15 seconds.

- Superior Rune of Perplexity: Fixed a bug that caused the rune to apply confusion to the player when interrupted by a basilisk's gaze.

- All rune sets have been reworked and rebalanced. The bonuses have been updated to be much more consistent for each bonus slot. A lot of the power on each rune set has been shifted toward the later bonus slots to promote wearing a full set of runes. Below is the list of the superior version of every rune set, as they were all changed. Please note the following about major and minor runes:
- All major runes have 60% of the stats and proc chances of the superior version of the rune.
- All minor runes have 40% of the stats and proc chances of the superior version of the rune.
- Superior Rune of Perplexity:
- Reduced condition damage bonus from 28 to 25.
- Reduced confusion duration bonus from 15% to 10%.
- Reduced condition damage bonus from 55 to 50.
- Increased chance to activate from 20% to 25%. Increased cooldown from 15 seconds to 25 seconds.
- Unchanged.
- Increased confusion duration bonus from 15% to 20%. Reduced confusion duration from 10 seconds to 8 seconds. Increased cooldown from 8 seconds to 15 seconds.
