Shared Agony is an effect applied to players during the encounter with Cairn the Indomitable. It causes players to gain a damaging aura that deals heavy damage to nearby allies while also dealing 10% of their maximum HP to themselves per tick (~every 3 seconds). The damage to self cannot be blocked, evaded or mitigated by Protection or similar damage reductions but can be avoided through invulnerability.

- The effect expires on its own after 1 minute.
- Players affected by this effect have a red colored outline in the squad overview.
