Ringmasters can be found at The Crown Pavilion during the Festival of the Four Winds in Divinity's Reach. They control the Queen's Gauntlet's matches, and allow participants to enter. By entering, they take 1 Queen's Gauntlet Entrance Ticket from the participant.
