Rak'ehl Woundgiver
Rak'ehl Woundgiver is a charr Priory member lost on his way to the Ministry of Archives in New Kaineng City. He starts on the top floor of the Ministry of Security Headquarters, wandering aimlessly, then he approaches Lady Ak who escorts him to the Ministry of Archives, where he disappears after a short while.
