The Quaggan Killer Whale Backpack Set is a very rare drop from Black Lion Chests. It includes a skin that changes the appearance of a back item to resemble a plush Quaggan with a Killer Whale (also known as an Orca) coloration pattern. The kit includes a Backpack Straps, a basic back item to which you can apply the skin.
