- Upon approach (random)
- Aetherblade (male norn): "Mai's gone where you can't follow. I'm here to make sure you don't try."
- Aetherblade (male human): "If you ain't Aetherblade, you ain't going through this portal."
- Aetherblade (female human): "If you want to follow Mai, you'll have to get through me."
- Aetherbalde (female human): "This portal's closed, like your eyes are about to be. Tear 'em apart!"
- If event isn't up (random)
- Lionguard (male): "Magnus sent me to arrest Mai if she comes back. He also doesn't mind if she gets scuffed on the way back to her cell."
- Lionguard (female): "If Mai resists arrest, we subdue her with overwhelming force. Magnus says that in her case, breathing counts as resisting."
Notes[edit]
- An Aetherblade Airship resided over the inaccessible portals while the event was up. When the events were not up, two allied Lionguard NPCs would arrive and the portal would become accessible.
