Mingoo is an astral cat, made from the very essence of cosmos, belonging to Isgarren. She can be found next to Archivist Benny in Isgarren's Quarters, who is in charge of keeping her happy, until Isgarren returns. She was gifted to Isgarren by Vass with Dagda's assistance a time long before any of the current residents of the Wizard's Tower existed.
