These are listed in the order that they appear in game, with the numbering from the walkthrough for Storm Top.

| 1 | The candle is too weak. | Hidden Room 3 | The shop right before the second checkpoint. |
| 2 | Perform a melody near the yeti mountain. | Hidden Room 17 | Use the Gatekeeper Lullaby to open the mouth on the right hand side of the base of the Yeti's mountain. |
| 3 | Perform a melody without falling. | Hidden Room 12 | Carefully jump on the path of dissolving clouds while playing the Gatekeeper's Lullaby to open the room. |
| 4 | Perform a melody on a ledge above exploding barrels. | Hidden Room 8 | From Hidden Room 7, head back out and go left and then straight, towards a platform that is not icy and play the Gatekeeper's Song again to reveal this room. |
| 5 | Perform a melody in a room full of ice spikes. | Hidden Room 16 | From the 8th checkpoint, keep to the left, and jump all the way across to a snowy area with spikes. Keep to the wall on the right until you reach a small area with no spikes and play the Gatekeeper's Song to open the wall for this room. |
| 6 | The beginning of a frozen maze. | Hidden Room 10 | From the sixth checkpoint, head about half way through the room and look to your right to see a blue bauble next to a Red Barrel. Use the Gatekeeper Lullaby to open the wall and to reveal the room. |
| 7 | After performing, left. | Hidden Room 13 | Use the Mini Bomb on the wall on the left side of Hidden Room 12 to reveal the entrance to the hidden room which is also a shop. |
| 8 | Tucked away after a checkpoint. | Hidden Room 4 | From the second checkpoint jump down to the area with the Bananas and head to the left, heading to the a small corner on the back wall with some ledge. Jump up the ledges and use a bomb to a reveal the room. |
| 9 | Don't look down. | Hidden Room 6 | Inside Hidden Room 5. Jump to the ledge across from you, and jump counter clockwise around the room until you are on a ledge between two icy sections and use a bomb to reveal an entrance above. Jump up to the icy ledge, and then jump carefully into the hole for this room. |
| 10 | Before bombing an icicle. | Hidden Room 9 | From the fifth checkpoint, head straight up the stair-like ledges and use a bomb on the wall straight across from you to reveal the room. |
| 11 | A cave underneath the ice. | Hidden Room 1 | Starting from the Raccoon maze, stick to the left wall, until you can go no further. From here use the Gatekeeper's Song to open the wall, and climb up the various ledges, until you reach the top, which will be when the only option you have is to go down, then walk straight off the ledge and fall down to the bottom level. Head towards that appears to be light blue and a snowy platform which will reveal a room with two Polar Bears, and head to the second Polar Bear. Kill it, face towards where you came, and use a bomb on the wall directly in front of you on your left side to reveal the room. |
| 12 | Before a portal. | Hidden Room 5 | From the fourth checkpoint, use the portal and head up to the area that has two Bananas. Drop down to the area below and head to the wall directly left where you dropped down and use a bomb to reveal the room. |
| 13 | A roundabout secret. | Hidden Room 2 | To the corner on right of the first check point, use a bomb on the wall to reveal the room, which loops around to the other side of the checkpoint. |
| 14 | After performing, right. | Hidden Room 15 | Use the Mini Bomb on the wall on the right side of Hidden Room 12 to reveal the entrance to the hidden room which is a room full of spikes. |
| 15 | After performing, straight ahead. | Hidden Room 14 | Use the Mini Bomb on the back wall of Hidden Room 12 to reveal the entrance to the hidden room where you acquire Moto's Finger. |
| 16 | Perform a melody on a slippery corner. | Hidden Room 7 | From the fourth checkpoint, head towards the portal that will take you to the Yeti, but instead make a right and drop down in the area in front of the Polar Bear guarding a lone bauble. Continue straight down off ledges, using your camera to make sure you land on an icy ledge just above the level with the rainbow bridge, and play the Gatekeeper's Song to open the wall and reveal the room. |
