Lionguard Cerien
Lionguard Cerien is a member of the Lionguard. She is currently stationed in Southsun at Kiel's Outpost. She is against the Consortium's ideas of setting refugee's camp on Southsun Cove.

- This refugee camp is a mistake. The Consortium didn't go through the proper permissions channels - they just started hammering away. And we look bad if we object to it.
What do you have against the refugees?
- Nothing! It's the Consortium I dislike. They'll need guards to watch this place, but we can hardly protect ourselves as it is, let alone another refugee camp.
Maybe things will work out. See you.
