This document recognizes that XUNLAI JADE CORP has acquired all assets and land rights previously belonging to SILVER DAWN MINING GROUP. This document further certifies exclusive mining rights in the JADE SEA REGION to XUNLAI JADE CORP. These rights will be held for a period of no less than ninety-nine years, unless a formal petition of their cancellation is brought before the Ministry of Land Management for approval, and further approved by the Imperial Court.
