Leader
The Leader of Moorookoo Village, along with his assistant, oversee the quaggan seaweed harvesting operation in the Sanctum Harbor area of Lion's Arch. The leader does not appreciate his workers and is only concerned with the bottom line, whereas his assistant has concern for the workers' welfare.
