Kill the Risen wizard patrolling the Vizier's Tower is an event that is triggered by opening the Orrian Chest at the top The Vizier's Tower in front of the Hero Point. Completing it will spawn a Grand Chest.

- The Orrian Chest that triggers this event does not reset until a variable amount of time has passed after the event was last completed; this timer has been observed to last from anywhere between 10-30 minutes.
