Enter a portal in front of the bridge leading to the Zen Daijun Temple in Seitung Province. It takes you into an instance. Speak to Kyung to start the mission. Head to the temple and interact with the orb. You'll have to kill two enemies and destroy the spirit bindings holding the Champion Kirin.
