Help Orsippus Champion Squilp gain the buoyancy to race effectively is a level 77 dynamic event that occurs in Dimotiki Waters. The Arctic Kelp can be found on the sides of, and at the bottom of, the trench near the collector. The pots that hold the Arctic Kelp are only labeled/activated when this event is live, but persist in the world when it's not live.

- After Orsippus consumes the Kelp
- Orsippus Champion Squilp: Coo! Quaggan's blubber moves like the sea! Quaggan is ready to race.

- Orsippus Champion Squilp: Varonos! Quaggan did it! Quaggan is buoyant!
- Varonos Telsip: Well done! Your new blubber moves well.
- Orsippus Champion Squilp: Quaggan will be a hero to the hatchlings. Quaggan will win!
- Varonos Telsip: Quaggan hopes so. Times are hard. Quaggan's village needs a victory.
- Event failure
- Orsippus Champion Squilp: Foo! Quaggan's blubber is still too low! How can quaggan compete and be a champion?
- Orsippus Champion Squilp: Varanos! Quaggan failed to gain blubber, and there's no time left!
- Varanos Telsip: Squilp, be calm. All Orsippus can ask now is that you do your best.
- Orsippus Champion Squilp: Thank you, Varanos. Quaggan will try quaggan's hardest.
