There's a book that lists out all of the recipes for the necessary dishes. Find out what the bearkin want, and toss the ingredients from the recipe into the cauldron.

How do I know if I got the recipe right?

If you get it right, you'll have a dish worthy of serving the bearkin at the table. If not, well ... watch out! The cauldron can get a bit testy and ... explode.
