Freezing Cold is an effect applied during the Storms of Winter meta event in Bjora Marches.

Notes

• Obscures the edges of your screen with an ice crystal effect that becomes more intense every 5 ticks.
• Replaced by  Frozen at 20 stacks, trapping you within an Ice Shard that deals damage over time.
• Countered by  Raven's Warmth, which is granted by Raven Barrier Shrines or by the large Raven Shrines near Jora's Keep during the meta event.
