Explorer Geargrind is a Durmand Priory explorer found beside the giant marionette at Marionette's Landing, studying its mechanics.

Biggest surprise so far was finding similarities in the inner workings of this marionette to the steam creatures all over this region.

Her designs are a master class in deconstruction and reimagining. As long as we can avoid getting into her mindset, we'll learn a lot from them.

This was a testing site for Scarlet Briar's aethercannon weapon, mounted in that giant, wrecked marionette.
