Destroy the Nightmare Court's thorn wolves is a level 64 dynamic event that starts in Diresight Caverns and moves through Thundertroll Swamp.
The event starts in a cave, where the player encounters several Nightmare Court foes, after which the thorn wolves will appear further down.
