Defend Explorer Plinx as he carries supplies to Caer Shadowfain is a level 80 event which takes place in Fields of Gold and is the last of a chain of events started by talking to Explorer Plinx nearby in Winterknell Shore.
Carrying the supplies dropped by the chopper in the previous event, Plinx must now get to nearby Caer Shadowfain. Your task is to protect him from the numerous waves of Risen which attack him. When the event completes successfully, Plinx becomes a merchant for a few moments and offers regular salvage kits and gathering tools for coin.

- Plinx cannot fight with players since he's carrying the supplies, but the two guards at the entrance to Caer Shadowfain will gladly help if they are brought a few enemies.
