Crates can be found within the Iron Legion Camp in Grothmar Valley. Destroying them will reveal the pesky Arid Devourers and Skritt Burglars that have wormed their way inside and attempted to make off with the scrap metal within. Kill them to retrieve the scrap during events and story missions.
