Cerulean is a Zephyrite found near the crashed airship in Prospect Valley.

- Our ship came down just north of here. We were torn from the sky and stern all across this valley.
Were there other flying ships besides yours?
- Yes, but I can't say for sure what happened to the others that set out with us from the Labyrinthine Cliffs. I hope they avoided whatever it was that happened to our ship.
I hope they're all right, too.
