- Event start
- Apprentice Jameson: The water's undrinkable now. You're the expert. What do we do?
- Engineer Dalin: I can fix this. I apprenticed with an asura who showed me tricks they don't teach in engineering school.
- Engineer Dalin: I'll need more of the poison. A lot more. Once I know exactly what it is, I can neutralize it.
- Engineer Dalin: Get me enough poison, and I'll cook up a treatment that will purify the entire reservoir.
- At Village of Shaemoor
- Villager: Ugh, I don't feel so good.
- Villager: Something's wrong with the water.
- Villager: It's gotta be something to do with the pump house.
- Villager: Something's not right. My gut feels like it's on fire.
- Once enough globs have been collected
- Apprentice Jameson: Okay, give me what you've got so Dalin can get to work.
- Event completion
- Worker: We'll never take another sip without thinking of you. It's true: you don't miss your water 'till your well gets stuffed full of oozes.
- Apprentice Jameson: All set, chief. Here are your samples, as ordered.
- Engineer Dalin: Excellent. This is just what we need. Did you have any trouble?
- Apprentice Jameson: Me? Not at all. But I had help.
- Engineer Dalin: I'll make sure everyone who helped gets their due, right after I depoison the water.
Dalin grabs a bucket and goes to the nearby pipe, cleansing it
- Engineer Dalin: Stand back and watch me work. We'll be guzzling fresh water by the bucket in no time.
- Engineer Dalin: That should do it. Water should be drinkable again.
Dalin returns to the station
- Engineer Dalin: A toast to our savior, with fresh clean water! Cheers!
