Assault Scout Skern Allroar
Assault Scout Skern Allroar was a Living World scout standing north of the Town of Nolan, just west of the Nolan waypoint. He provided an overview of the area regarding activities for Flame and Frost within Diessa Plateau.

“The plateau's a mess. What started as ruptured earth and strange weather turned into dredge and Flame Legion assaults. You'd be doing us right by gutting the cretins. They're attacking locals, and the citadel can't support the survivors. Too many. They're wounded and weary, and they could use a hand.
And while you're at it, keep an eye out for sonic periscopes. They nasty junkers are popping up all over the place. Take out any you find.
