Willow is a sylvari and an Order of Whispers agent located in the basement of Maiden's Whisper in the Rurikton.

- Greetings, <Character name>. Your exploits have turned many eyes toward you. Be wary, and cause no trouble in the Maiden's Whisper.
What? How do you know my name?
- There are those among us for whom nothing is secret forever. You've been mentioned in several of the circles I travel in. You're making waves, and that gets you noticed.
- Us? Who's us?
- You have so much to learn about the way the world works. I could inform you, but where's the fun in that? Suffice it to say that those of like mind band together and are stronger for it.
Okay, I get it. Secret organizations. I'll leave you to your lurking.

- I'm not your contact, but what's your mission?
- I believe they're sending me to Lion's Arch, undoubtedly to take possession of some important object, as that's where my skills are the strongest. I won't know for sure until my contact arrives.
