Uzolan was the premier inventor, artisan, and toymaker of Divinity's Reach. His contraptions thrived under the patronage of Minister Caudecus, and they can be seen on display throughout the city.

In 1325 AE, the Order of Whispers received word that he'd been using technology that, according to their previous information, should be above his competence level. It was discovered that Uzolan was working with enemies of Kryta, and planned on disrupting a party to celebrate the human-charr détente with his new invention, and kidnapping Queen Jennah.
