August 22, 2023	Secrets of the Obscure release: 6th bonus adjusted with the introduction of the Relic system.
November 13, 2018	Rune update: Unchanged Unchanged Unchanged +10% Boon Duration Unchanged +10% Condition Duration; convert up to 3 conditions into boons after using an elite skill. (Cooldown: 45 Seconds)
February 22, 2017	This rune will no longer trigger when the player has no conditions on them. This item will now use the standard "condition to boon" conversion table.
April 15, 2014	Rune rework update: Unchanged. Reduced condition duration bonus form 10 to 5%. Unchanged. Unchanged. Increased precision bonus from 90 to 100. Slightly changed effect, limiting to 5 conditions that are converted to the corresponding boons.
October 15, 2013	The rune now works properly on all elites.
December 14, 2012	This item now applies 5 seconds of Protection and Retaliation while on a competitive PvP map. The item's internal cooldown has been fixed to allow rune effects to occur every 10 seconds.
